Which glue should I use to apply Ardell eyelashes?

Ardell, like many other brands (including MAC), recommends using DUO to attach its false eyelashes. Owned by AII, the same company that acquired Ardell in 1983, some of Ardell’s strip eyelashes actually come with a small tube of DUO eyelash glue included (see individual product descriptions for confirmation).

Is Ardell a vegan and cruelty-free brand?

Ardell is a long-term PETA-certified, cruelty-free brand. This means that Ardell, its suppliers, and other third parties don’t test their raw ingredients or finished products on animals. Furthermore, depending on the style, its false eyelashes are manufactured from synthetic fibres or human hair—both of which are vegan-friendly alternatives to animal-derived fibres.
