What Can You Return?
You’re welcome to return any unused and fully sealed products. We just ask that the items are in the same condition as when they arrived.
You can return products for any of these reasons (and more!):
- You've changed your mind The product isn’t what you expected
- We sent you the wrong item
- The item arrived damaged or faulty
How to Make a Return
Returning something is easy! Just follow these steps:
- Email Us: Reach out to our customer support team at info@brandedmakeup.com. Let us know which items you’d like to return (either part or all of your order) and we’ll get the ball rolling.
- We’ll Respond: Within 24 hours (Monday–Friday), we’ll send you a Returns Authorization Number (RAN) and a prepaid shipping label to make the process even easier for you.
- Package it Up: Carefully pack your return, attach the shipping label, and send it back to us!
Tip: When emailing us, please include the following information:
- Your order number (you’ll find this in your confirmation email or on your packing slip)
- Your full name
- The items you’re returning (including product names or SKUs)
- The reason for your return
Refunds
Once we’ve received your return, we’ll send you an email to confirm we’ve processed it and to let you know the amount to be refunded. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 24 hours (Monday–Friday), and it may take 2-3 business days to show up in your account.
Here’s how it works for refunds:
- Full Order Return: If you return everything, we’ll refund you the full amount you paid, including any shipping fees.
- Partial Order Return: If you’re returning part of your order, we’ll refund the price of the items you send back.
